The "from" price is for a standard job with easy access. Your job might cost more or less, so we don't hold you to the starting price.
We confirm a fixed price before any work starts. If we find something else once the wall is open, we stop, show you, and quote that separately.
For emergencies we give a ballpark over the phone and make things safe first. Fit-outs are quoted on site, because every bathroom and kitchen is different.
